Kiki was amazing and very helpful. Great customer service! She wasn’t rude or miserable at all. She seemed to genuinely want to work and help out. The 5 stars are all for her. However, I might only rate JH 3 maybe 4 stars. Mainly for the amount I was charged for my tax filing. Also not happy I didn’t get the return on their debit card. A huge reason I chose them too. Thinking I’d be walking out of there with a nice chunk of change at my disposal. Who knows, maybe I’m naive. Previous years were done at home by family. Another... read more
