No one showed up for my first appointment or notified me of the absence. I rescheduled and then had to fight for a small discount. No.printer.working so never received a copy of my return . Poor communication skills with this tax company
Sara was great to work with. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She did a great job with my taxes.
Kwang was very helpful and patient. She explained things clearly for me to understand as this was my first time doing taxes. She remained patient with all the computer and printer troubles. I told her I would come back to see her!
The tax representative was great and very helpful, Sarah Diaz went out of her way to answer questions I have regarding my tax return. She was very pleasant and helpful.
