We came from an hour away for our 5 pm appt on March 18. We waited for someone to show but no one ever did. We got a message yesterday about our upcoming appt. So they had it on their schedule. This was a pretty unprofessional way to be treated, especially since we have been customers for years thru the Terry Court office in Staunton. Shame on you!!
I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for years. This year I have to go to a different Jackson Hewitt in Lexington Virginia. And I must say no matter where I have to go they're always very professional the prices are reasonable. And I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The guy that did my taxes was polite and professional. But the way they charged me for filing was ridiculous compared to other companies. I am now realizing that!
I will definitely return next year. Rich was awesome.
