Filed both federal and NC state got my federal taxes but never received my NC state I called NC state to find out where it was they stated that they sent to Jackson Hewitt at the end of March but yet I still haven’t received my NC state tax refund
I had NEVER paid SO much for my Income Tax Return to get filed!!! Outrageous!!! I should’ve left and gone somewhere else.
My experience was not good I didn't get her name but I was at the one in Walmart in Charlotte NC and the lady was unable to answer my question maybe she just didn't know but, I asked her if had a number to the IRS I could call to find out why I owe them money and she couldn't answer my question also very hard to understand her what she was saying her accent was hard to understand but I'm okay with that. I arrived at my 2 o’clock appointment at 1:50pm and the woman working was working alone handling 2 people with 2 people in line. I wasn’t seen until 3:45pm. There were no chairs so I stood the entire time waiting which was inconvenient because I have a bad leg. The lady I requested to do my taxes placed me with another gentlemen (who was super nice) but he was new so I gave him a chance because I didn’t have anything too complex to file.
