My appt was scheduled for 2pm & I was not seen until just after 2:33pm which is when I was actually acknowledged by the tax preparer. However, the individual who had a scheduled 3pm appt was in & out way before my tax preparer completed my papers; that tax preparer seemed to be very seasoned/knowledgeable on what she was doing for her customer. I felt that my preparer was farely new & unsure of what she was doing...this makes me feel as though I need to have my information rechecked.

Overall not that great of an experience if I'm honest took about 3 weeks to get my taxes completed only 1 employee was a specially helpful. Thank you Melina for helping me as much as you did.
