The experience was very good, I was able to come to them with my documents and was able to receive the necessary information that I needed to get my return completed. I was also informed about the pricing and how the pricing breaks down when it comes to filing tax returns. I would recommend for people to use their services when it comes to preparing and filing.
I had a very disappointing experience with Jackson Hewitt. I reached out multiple times regarding the same issue after my tax preparer entered my address incorrectly, which caused complications with my return. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the problem, I was given excuses about why the IRS required verification. Throughout the process, the level of professionalism was extremely poor.
