The agent was personable and efficient. Only criticism that was minor for me was that they didn’t take debit/credit cards or checks. I had to go to an ATM to get cash. Also for JH company only gave a $100 to $200 range for what the fee would be for a simple 1040R & D400 fed & state forms. A specific fee would be advised if I use JH again.
I went in person to file as a new business owner. I had no idea what to expect but my agent made it so so easy. I believe her name was Trisha! She was so personable and half the time we just yapped as girls do. She’s a real one! Love her and 100% recommend this office. Sorry girl if your name isn’t Trisha, I’m very bad with names:/
