I took my taxes there 2 times and did not see my tax return I called up there and they gave me the run around and couldn't tell me where my taxes went.....the black woman that sits in the front of the office DEBORAH BENJAMIN took my $ to prep my taxes and got nothing back my tax return probably went to someone else bank account ....I bet they got their money.....Im not going back there NEVER

Allie did my taxes and made the entire process quick, reassuring, and simple. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were very accommodating and never made me feel like a bother—unlike H&R Block up the road. I usually dread this time of year, but I’m so glad I found a place that truly puts me at ease during tax season.

I posted a review in March of 2025 and I'm adding to this one because I can't seem to write a new one. We, again, went to Jackson Hewitt today (April 13, 2026) and had Alexandra Solomon. It was, like last year, an excellent experience. Alexandra is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. We were done in about half an hour and had all our questions answered. Ed was patient and took the time to answer our questions. He was kind and very helpful. This was our first time going there and was recommended by a trusted friend- we plan to go back next year.
