Terrible
The woman was nice but didn't appreciate the $514.00 preparation fee, had I known that before she did everything I would've declined and went to an account for $120.00. No stars because of that.
Staff was very helpful to help me slice my tax problems also gave me payment options because of mistakes on my taxes . This was my first visit with Jackson and Hewitt . Very professional.
