Needed to have my taxes done by a professional and I had heard good things about them. We made an appointment for 12:45pm. We didn't get called over till 1pm and as soon as we sat down she took another customer stating it would be quick as all she had to do was enter their information. After almost 30 minuets we were still waiting. Offered a discount but it honestly wasn't worth it as she couldn't even tell me how much it would be.
