Jennifer was very sociable! She explained things to me and gave me hints for next time.
Jennifer Chattin is amazing! I was so nervous - she assisted with a return for a dear friend that passed. She made me feel comfortable immediately. She is detail oriented and a master of her craft. She got a great refund for the estate. Even had she not, I would have given her the same rating. I hope JH realizes what a star they have!
