Although the store was having some technical difficulties they made a way to get me in on a Sunday I had to travel a ways but once I got there the service was nothing short of amazing and I was in and out no more than 10 min I was truly blown away the preparer that I had on Kirkwood hwy in Delaware made me feel like I was a friend of the family like I was known for years and this day in age you rarely get outstanding customer service so kudos to her she deserves some type of recognition for her hospitality and accuracy I cou... read more

Jennifer was very sociable! She explained things to me and gave me hints for next time.
Jennifer Chattin is amazing! I was so nervous - she assisted with a return for a dear friend that passed. She made me feel comfortable immediately. She is detail oriented and a master of her craft. She got a great refund for the estate. Even had she not, I would have given her the same rating. I hope JH realizes what a star they have! I will be back next year for my taxes as long as Jennifer is there. Thank you Jennifer!
