Great place helped me a lot these people are amazing and my tax lady was amazing from the moment I walked in until I left everything went as smooth as possible, and they were more than willing to work with me and for that I am grateful

I came in on April 15th and had 2 W2's to process. After being advised of $42 refund, I was told the service fee was over $400! There are no signs posted stating what they charge to process your taxes. I was also advised that since I waited so late that they charge MORE. I usually do my own taxes and won't use your company again based on my negative experience.
