My 1st time at Jackson Hewitt and Lukas assisted me, he was amazing and was very thorough detail oriented , amazing customer service, I will be back again forsake.
I spoke with a representative at Walmart in Chandler and she said she would give me a good deal. I had let her know I called several tax businesses and they gave me prices of around $250. To $300.00. She assured me they would charge me less. When I went back the next day I was presented a bill of $392.00. I was in shock. It only took about 15-20 minutes for that employee to fill out my taxes. What a rip off and what a deception and a liar that lady was. Never again. Beware of this company. Do not give them your business!!!!!
Ethel, the tax lady who assisted me, was very sweet, and informative. She made me feel like part of the family. Please tell her thank you, and great job!
