On 3 March, I had an appointment @ 7621 West Broadway in Brooklyn Park, Mn. When I arrived at the correct time, the sign 'open' was NOT lit & the door appeared locked. I waited 10 minutes, knocked & attempted the door. It opened. I announced myself & was greeted by a nice young lady who seemed unaware I had an appointment.
