I had an appointment at 4pm, I showed up about an hour early. April assisted me with my early refund advance today and I couldn’t have been more happier! She was very friendly and respectful. She explained into detail the process and the documentation. Overall I am satisfied with my visit today and I will be coming back to get assistance from April !

I scheduled an appointment and received confirmation; however, when I called later, I spoke with April, who informed me that they were double-booked and could not accommodate my visit. Initially, I had discussed my situation with her and was instructed to upload the necessary documents to my account, which I completed.
