I started my tax filing with another young man last Sunday but I had forgot one of my 1099 at home. So we finished what we could, but because he had a vacation coming up that following week I wouldn’t be able to finish with him. I really hate I forgot his name because he was very helpful and nice. I had an appointment at 4pm, I showed up about an hour early. April assisted me with my early refund advance today and I couldn’t have been more happier! She was very friendly and respectful. She explained into detail the process and the documentation. Overall I am satisfied with my visit today and I will be coming back to get assistance from April !
