Dealing with this company was a nightmare. From tax expert not showing up for apointment. To numerous problems trying to get through to someone on the phone. Their ad said highest refund guaranteed. I got nowhere near what I was expecting back.
Danielle was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She answered all my questions about taxes.
My first appointment I made was canceled by the office. The second appointment I made I canceled due to an illness my third appointment on Main Street in Willimantic. The man who was doing my taxes, showed up late, had no eye contact with me whatsoever was very unprofessional and mumbled and asked for my Social Security number four times so I got up and told him I did not feel comfortable him doing my taxes and I left the fourth man I had at Walmart in Wyndham and he was very nice very personable. Very satisfied with my taxes having been prepared by Robert Ianfrancesco who also prepared them last year. He is very thorough and pleasant to work with, and he works quickly and is very knowledgeable on tax.. I really can’t speak about prices because I don’t know how they are determined.. But I do know it’s less than other tax preparers for the same thing. So that is appreciated. Thank you.
