I return after a major mistake last year and was promised a discount this year and do not receive anything. Will not return after ten years of service.
2 stars… was assisted by Josh who did not introduce himself to us and had a poor attitude throughout the entire appointment. we arrived as a walk in at 2:50 and did not leave until 4:42. tax forms were submitted appropriately but we had to mail our own state taxes after paying over $270 for them to file. Josh also mumbled under his breath the entire time. only giving two starts because our taxes were completed by someone other than ourselves
I can’t recommend Mike enough. He took me as a walk in, filled out all my documents, and explained everything throughout the process. He made it quick and easy. I will absolutely be back. Thank you Mike!
