Went to my appointment. No one was there. Received a phone call at my appointment time stating no one was there and to reschedule. No thank you. The day prior had an appointment at a different location, was called prior to the appointment to reschedule because was no one would be there. Seems like a pattern. I will pass.
Carly Segars was very sweet, took her time answering questions and looking at my documents trying to see the Best way to help us . This was my 1st time using Jackson Hewitt n I am very pleased with cost n will be returning for their services.

I showed up at 12:45 no one was there. I made an appointment for 3:00 and went somewhere and ate to wait on my time to file my taxes. I got there at 2:18 sat in the cubicle until 3:10 nobody showed for my appointment Don't even know why you got a place set up if you're not going to show up for the appointments
