Kind and very knowledgeable also works very efficient
my experience with Jackson Hewitt in Stanley, nc was very good. The tax pro Julie is great at her job- knowledgeable, patient with you when going over your taxes and explaining everything, great customer service(friendly) and comes across very trustworthy. The only negative was the cost of getting them done but getting your taxes tax done right and great customer service isn't cheap.
