my experience with Jackson Hewitt in Stanley, nc was very good. The tax pro Julie is great at her job- knowledgeable, patient with you when going over your taxes and explaining everything, great customer service(friendly) and comes across very trustworthy. The only negative was the cost of getting them done but getting your taxes done right and great customer service isn't cheap.
Julie really cares and treats you like family. This was the first time that I went to see her and will go back. The pain of having to pay was eased by Julie's bright spirit. She even took the time to explain why I had to pay. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic. Small Town friendly with big city business mind.
Julie is awesome been going to Jackson Hewitt for over I know 6 years and every year when it tax time Julie already has my stuff ready to sign an she is amazing she gets u back as much as she can an just incredible human Being. She has been doing my taxes ever since I started going to Jackson Hewitt in Stanley nc an I will continue to go there til I can file my taxes anymore!!! Always approved for the advance loan at the holidays and even when I take my W-2 in there…. 10/10 recommended for sure no doubt.
