Got there 10 minutes ahead, someone already there. Let guy know I was there. Waiting 15 minutes person still there. Went to optometrist and pharmacy, came back 30 minutes later person still there. Either it was double booked or he let them sneak in before me. I left ! That's why I usually do my taxes with H&R Block!!!!!! Very poor service. Never again.👎👎👎👎👎
