My husband and I had a great experience filing our taxes with Charlie! He was very friendly and saved us a huge headache. We originally were going to file with Melissa at another location but she didnt shown up for a relatives appointment and when he called to ask where she was she snapped at him and didnt call back till 1.5hrs after the appointment time. Luckily Charlie saved the day and got everyone's taxes done quickly and effortlessly. Thanks again Charlie!
