Horrible don't go through these guys, they don't put all the effort they can into getting you the biggest refund, horrible customer service, filed my taxes wrong had way better experience with h and r block I wish I would've stayed with them
My experience was horrible. My quoted price from start to finish went from $548.00 to $982.00. My refund went from $7,100 down to -$549.00 and then back up to $3,500 and then down to $2,300 after their fees were taken out!! No explanation, no return calls and I was rudely interrupted numerous times! Over all, I Do NOT recommend this company to anyone!! And I WILL NOT be returning either!!
