I am so frustrated, ive been going to Jackson Hewitt for years and this time I went there was new people at the Merrill road location, while the staff is very friendly and the office is very clean , the tax preparer Lamelody who initially did my submission in Dec had all of my personal information and still submitted my application with the wrong ssn , now I’m having to go through so much just because of this . Highly disappointed
