**UPDATE** NOW, THANKS TO JACKSON HEWITT, I'VE GOTTEN A LETTER FROM THE IRS SAYING THAT MY TAX RETURN IS FRAUDULENT!! Do not use this scam of a tax filing service!!!!! I had 3 sheets of paperwork for him to scan. Nothing complicated, just two W4s (and one was for 1 day of work, Dec 31st) and was charged almost $600 AFTER my "$100 discount" for switching. Appeared to not have a lot of experience. I had to prompt some to get it done. The cost was less than I have paid in the past but that's not the point
Alexander was a great employee really personable we enjoyed our visit.
My appointment didn't end up confirming but they still took me as a walk in at the same time as it would have been. Finished quickly and explained things clearly. Quick and easy.
