New tax preparer gave great service.
Went to Walmart Jackson Hewitt .made appt ,but there were people already being served and w appts earlier ahead of me ,so I didn’t get to start until an hour after appt time . I asked preparer, do you need the adj gross income from the prior year to do my taxes ? She said I don’t know . That was not reassuring, bc I always need that when I do them myself. When she finished ,the charge for preparing the taxes it was 600.and I did not even itemize ! Then she said I owed. 855 to state but was getting a refund from fed. This sou... read more
I would recommend this business to anyone in need of tax preparation. My tax preparer was very knowledgeable of what she was doing. She experienced computer issues upon our arrival, and she immediately explained this to us. She gave us the option of waiting a few minutes or drop off and she'll respond to us as soon as she can. We waited for a while, but she kept us updated with the computer issue. After awhile, we decided to leave, but she said she would contact us as soon as she had an update, which she did.
