After being double booked and having to wait an hour, your gentleman was very polite and did my taxes.

This place is a joke!!!!!! 2 appointments no one showed up both times
Make an appointment for 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday took the time out of my day to go there and when I arrived there was no one there. So I made an online appointment for another one in Plymouth and then I called to make sure someone would be there and the manager told me that that location is not open either so they were going to waste my time twice in one day. I'll be filing myself this year
