They called me pushed back app from 12oo noon until 2 pm . Im still here standing for 1 hr 8n walmart . Just a few mins more 10 times . Go to h and r block this sucks . This young lady ruined my after noon on a Sunday and im still not even up yet lmao

There aren't words adequate enough to share the relief I feel knowing I found Jackson Hewitt and Jack who made sure my return was correct and that it was the best outcome for me.

2nd year in a row that they messed up my tax returns. 2024 had to go back to my tax preparer 3 times to get my refund paperwork done incorrectly. 2025 had to go back a 2nd time to find out were my refund was. Turns out tax preparer put in incorrect routing
Brand new customer this year. Thought I’d give them a try as opposed to filing my own like I do every year - with NO issues - in less than a half hour - with maximum refund available. HUGE MISTAKE. If I could give negative stars, I would. But the only way to post is to at least give one star. File your own taxes or use a different company! I’ve been trying to resolve these issues for over a month. It took over 3 and a half HOURS for the rep to complete the filing appointment.
