"$149 or less! No surprises". They charged me $600 for 40 minutes worth of work (out of an $1800 refund). They had to transcribe info from 3 forms. I should have just walked away without filing but I was too shocked and preoccupied suppressing the impulse to scream at their underpaid employee to be thinking clearly.
Won't be going back to Jackson Hewitt, I thought that they would charge me less than the ones I have been doing my taxes, you charged me more, I felt that I was lied to, next year I will be looking for someone else to do my taxes
