TOP notch employees!
They are the most unprofessional and uncooperative people I have ever met. They scheduled my appointment for 3:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:55 PM, the lady told me that since she was busy, her colleague would assist me. After a few minutes, her colleague saw a man come in and said she would help him instead because he had filed his taxes there last year. Then the lady told me I could wait for an hour if I wanted. I left the place. They deserve a -5 star review.
Lilian provided quick and courteous service.
Martin did a wonderful job processing my return. He looked for every possible honest option to lower the amount I would pay the IRS. I was literally amazed with the final amount because I had anticipated a much higher amount. Phung Wiley who did my taxes in 2024 was also available to help. Thanks very much Martin and Phung. Great work! I have had my taxes done at this particular branch for 15 years and I have always had a great experience!
