Valerie is the best!
Overpriced we talked to the manager Amber, She was so rude. “What happened to the customer comes first”? she’s at the Des Plaines office!! said she was going talk to her manager. We never got a call back. What a scam they took my previous post down because they charged us almost $600 to do our taxes. My husband also left a review and he was told to call the 800 number which we did and when we called the 800 number we were transferred to this amber lady. NO HELP SO FRUSTRATING!
