Great company. Friendly staff. Convenient and efficient. They asked questions to make sure I maximized tax benefits and everything was correct. I felt like they value my time and my business.
Super dissatisfied this year with the service provided at Jackson Hewitt. I used them the last two years and felt I could trust them, but this year I feel I can’t. I don’t feel confident in the services provided and they were double the price they should have been for a simple tax return. So unless you want to pay $430 for a simple return, I would suggest saving yourself the headache and going elsewhere.
