Very nice guy and very personal. He gave suggestions on how to get a better refund for next year. Only thing that caused me not to do five stars is the price. $600 is a little too expensive especially for a simple filing.
Soooo much better than their competitors H&R Block. I would highly recommend!
The service provider was excellent but the cost was astronomical.
