Charge too much and the tax lady was too slow it took it over an hour for simple tax filing but there's another one she was an amazing always go to the one on the left

If I could give zero stars I definitely would!! An employee stole my information and filed fraudulent taxes in my name! She received a refund advance and I have been given the run around!! I no longer live in Mississippi but this has definitely changed my whole pov on Jackson Hewitt!! Republic Bank is now holding my refund and all Jackson Hewitt offered was to pay the money back to Republic Bank!!
