I was very unhappy after scheduling an appointment for 5:00 pm (as they're only available 5-8 pm during the week). I arrived 10 minutes early hoping to sneak in early as I was the first appointment of the day to see another couple having their taxes done. After waiting for 50 minutes I went to have mine done and explained that I had a 5:00 appointment and there was no apology. I was told me that they must have double booked the appointment.
