My experience was a big disappointment , as a returning customer. At the beginning of our appointment I was quoted a price started filing my return and mid way a document needed to be submitted with the other focumrnts while waiting for that document a couple of days past due to waiting on the mail., my return was pending . Got my documents went back to scan document into my return then finalized and signed return was time to pay , when processing payment the agent reiterated the price from beginning payment did not go thru ... read more
