Very sorry I went here (inside Walmart) I dropped off my tax papers and made an appointment to come pack in 2 days (Simple short form). When I came back a different guy was there and kept telling me I don’t know because I didn’t do your taxes, to questions. I found out later they had me sign a release for my previous and future taxes to several designees, without explaining.
