The agent, Kumari was pleasant and personable. She did a great job. Everything was quick and easy and quite convenient. However, $600 to get taxes done for my wife and I filing together with only two W2s, one dependent and standard deductions all around is way too expensive. We probably will not be getting our taxes done this way again.
