The only thing I didn’t like was the tax professional automatically opted me out of the guarantees without asking me and that’s the main reason I chose Jackson Hewitt
The only problem I have is I was pre qualified for the advance but was denied after my taxes were done. If I had known that I would have saved my self $500 and had someone do it. ( Update ) well I couldn’t log in on the website to check my status so I called the call center and they didn’t even have that I filed. I proceeded to look over my paperwork and come to find out the woman in Jacksonville Alabama WalMart screwed up the last of my social on it and now I have to wait for the government to reject it before she can fix i... read more
Got it all done easy. Not much customer interaction or explanation of reason I wasn't getting taxes I expected. Felt a tax pro should know. I'd just stick with e-file if you are able. Save the $.
