I don't know who I just spoke with, but you are there to help your callers as best as you can. NOT sound like they are an inconvenience. Just because I wouldn't accept a "here's a phone number" answer and pushed for an answer to my question of a preparation discrepancy does not warrant an under tone attitude. Leah Fugat is my tax preparer and if I have anything to do with it I will not use any other but her. I was lucky several years ago when I walked in and my taxes were a complete mess and a couple of hours later she had everything in order and had me on a plan that made sure I would never be at the mercy of the IRS ever again.
