Been trying to get in contact with someone about my tax refund since March, now it's July and I finally found someone to help me out. Mr Jason Gravitt at Jackson Hewitt Hoover took the time over the phone to help me out and send me in the right direction. Days after our conversation over the phone he reached back out to me by phone to check on my refund. Jason Gravitt was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and had a lot of joke that lighten the tension and made filing my taxes a lot easier. It was a great experience for me and I will going back to Jason for next year return

Wow. Thank you to Brittany and Michelle for the stellar service. Not only did they save us quite a pretty penny, compared to a previous well known different company, they also stand by their promise that they have hanging on the wall.
