The tax preparer, Debra Garcia, answered a question on the tax form without asking me. She did not review any of the questions and answers with me. I didn't find out until I got home and went over the tax form myself. On the question, "Did you receive any digital income?" She answered "Yes" without even asking me. I have never received any digital income. I called her and asked her about it and she replied that it didn't matter
Debra was amazing. She provided optimal professionalism. She made my appointment easy and was such a succes in filing my 2024 taxes. One more item checked off my ToDo list
