Very polite and helpful
They advertise, starting at $49. The person told me that mine would be easy, since I only had one W-2. They charged me $149. This has been the 8th yr. In a row that they have done my taxes. I'll probably go somewhere else next year !!
Our representative was very thorough and checked herself all the way throughout the form. Our tax return is complicated because of my husband’s railroad retirement retirement and my still working. She was awesome!
