They were very kind And very personal. They made me feel like we were friends forever They had my taxes done in three days- three days. They helped me deal with other issues as well such as Social Security.
I will say that the girl that took care of us was very pleasant. With that being said I do not believe that she had any tax knowledge whatsoever. I usually use turbo tax but had a couple specific questions this year. She didn’t even know what some of the forms were for and was asking me what they were for. I also do not believe the questions I had were taken care of properly and I made sure I had the tax protection in case she did something wrong. I do not recommend this company and will certainly not return
