Price to get taxes done here is way too high. They charged me $500 and I didnt receive the money for having a child

I went to Walmart for my appointment, however the tax person wasn't there. I was there for almost an hour. When I called Jackson Hewitt they sent me over to the East Robinson location.. Jessica R. was great! She made everything feel nice and easy even though I'm sure she was frustrated by all the overflow from Wal-Mart but she just welcomed all of us. Thanks Jessica R.
