I’m thinking maybe this depends on who helps you at this firm.. but I just got the rudest person. If you’re going to do someone’s taxes, and you say there’s about a week turnaround, it is not alright to now say because my taxes are already late you will not start working on them until 2 weeks.. I’ve already waited about 2 weeks thinking you’re working on the return.. I was so happy thinking, even though a bit pricey, I had found a good professional and experienced firm to do my taxes..
