My whole family used the Jackson Hewitt tax service in Plainfield, Illinois. The folks who work there were spectacular!! The services were top notch, and our Preparer, Karen was extremely pleasant. The turn around was quick and she worked very throughly on all our special circumstances. I highly recommend this location and specifically Karen.
Karen Wigfall is an efficient and reliable tax specialist. She got everything done quickly and we actually had fun for the first time ever getting our taxes done. We will be requesting her every year from now on.
The big old white guy with glasses was so rude to me because I wanted to make an appointment really unprofessional that I decided this was my last year this company, I was charged almost 600 for doing taxes I’m good thanks
