Dropped my taxes off yesterday and they were ready to sign today. Great, friendly service.

It cost 624.00 to file taxes...took Jackson Hewitt literally 20 mins to enter in a couple numbers from one W2, two 1098s, and one 1099. Was told by Jackson Hewitt rep that they no longer accept coupons or discounts or tax drop offs. Very disappointed with my experience and disgusted with the cost to file. I will not make the same mistake again next year and return. I'd rather spend 20 mins, file my own taxes going forward, and spend the 624.00 on food, gas, and electric. Do better Jackson Hewitt.
