I used Jackson Hewitt previously with my son and this year a friend's CPA raised their fees substantially so I suggested he go here to save some money. I went with him and have a financial background just to help him. The return took between 35-50 minutes, had only maybe 5-6 easy entries and no real complication. We started using Jackson Hewitt tax service about 10 years ago. Mainly because of handling a multitude of items that were too confusing for me, with pensions from different places, an IRA, sales on eBay since I retired, plus tracking different FL college funds for 5 grandchildren.
