Bill is super smart and very nice. So convenient that it's at Walmart. My 3rd year
I made an appointment online and arrived 15 min early but my appointment was stolen by a walk-in. I was eventually seen but needed to retrieve some extra paperwork to file. I left the bulk of my paperwork with Bill then came back. Another customer was getting their taxes done when I returned. I returned a few minutes lates due to traffic. I had to wait, again. What should have been a 1 hour appointment turned into 2 hours. Walmart is too chaotic a site to file taxes in. Also, what's the point of making an appointment online ... read more
