Everything was going well until I received a call for additional information and I called to speak with my tax preparer and was transferred to the main office and they called to try to reach her and for days she wasn’t available so someone else in the office received my information days later my original preparer called for the same information because the lady in the office never put it in the system then I was told by the preparer I owed a small amount to the state only to find out it was much higher once I looked at my tr... read more
