Service was good ; But where jackson Hewitt switched Banking ( I've been dealing with jackson Hewitt for 18 years for the soul purpose of getting the advancement inwich I've always received the advancement) i was declined the advancement...I will not longer use jackson Hewitt...
guy said maybe four full sentences to us during our taxes. didn’t ask us to double check information and ended up spelling one of our names wrong. wore his airpods the whole time. wouldn’t have minded the lack of communication if he hadn’t messed up on multiple parts of our return
