I was disappointed the lady that did my taxes at Walmart acted like she didn’t know what she was doing , had to message different people and look up stuff in the book . I will not being going through Jackson Hewitt again I wouldn’t recommend this company to do taxes, I had to come back 3 times and it still took her over 2 1/2 hours to do my taxes that was the 3 day , the first day I was there for 3 1/2 hours and told me she couldn’t print my paperwork off and had to come back …
Tax prep guy was top notch. So knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough.
